At U.S. Service Paws, we take pride in providing high-quality identification products and accessories for service dog handlers.
Because many of our products are personalized and custom-made, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Products
Personalized products, including ID cards, certificates, registration records, and printed documentation, are custom-produced based on the information submitted at the time of purchase.
Due to the customized nature of these items, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate requests received before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photographs of the item received
If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.
